alright, so recently i have been taking a lot of pictures with the camera but i can't view a handful of the pictures. in place of the supposed picture is an icon with a question mark with green background, like it doesn't recognize the file type. when i try to open the picture on my computer it says the file format isn't supported. is this a possible bug in the v09 update? or a common problem that everyone just lives with?

I started having this problem again.  Last time, I just turned off the phone, removed the battery and that seemed to fix it.  I tried switching the save destination to the camera and to the storage disc, still not working.  Any ideas?

Went to the Verizon store, updated to the v11 software. Guess what... the first pic I took, DID NOT WORK.  Same thing, stupid little square with the question mark.  I remove the battery to "reboot" the phone again and haven't had the problem since.  Of course, it's only been three days...  Also, I went to the 640 resolution cuz if I send those huge pics to friends, their phones aren't compatible with it.

Mine was set to the 640 resolution and I switched to the 1280 and it seems to work now.

Thanks for the info, Deb.  I hope this helps some folks having problems.  I've always had my resolution at its highest because, why not?

I keep my camera set at the 320X240 setting because, more often than not, I'm only taking the picture with my phone so I can send it to someone else immediately and the pix won't send at any resolution higher than that when the photo was taken by the Voyager.  I up the quality to the max if I know I want higher quality and I am willing to wait to load the photos directly to my computer.

I have this same issue.  All my 320x pictures are also showing up very pixalated.  I got 3 new phones and it is doing it to each new phone..

They can't figure it out. It makes me mad to try to take a picture and have it look like this!!!

Have you tried doing a hard reset? Before I changed phones, my Voyager got this glitch a couple of times and pulling the battery while the phone is on always fixed the issue.
