im not sure if i should help or not lol. but i will.
you can simple downloa any clip off of limewire or bittorrents and just convert it to MP4. the phone should then be able to play what ever it is you wonna play. if you need any more info feel free to ask.

In regards to Mobile 17, how long should I actually wait after the message "ready, sent" has appeared on their site? It's early morning right now, almost 30 minutes since my last upload, and still nothing. I feel like the first rintone wouldn't have come if I didn't send a message saying that it's been almost twelve hours since I tried last night. Maybe I should just create the ringtone myself, because I'm starting to worry about reliability here.

Well I just got my Voyager today and I came across this forum while looking at s*** for my Voyager. I've been through a few threads pertaining to cutting mp3s into ringtones and haven't come across the one I use. It's called tonethis. http://tonethis.comYou download the program and it allows you to cut an mp3 in any way you want, adjust the volume and adjust the quality. Then it will send the tone to your phone and also save it to your PC. Sometimes the file won't send but at least you've got a good quality cut of your file to upload in another way to your phone.

yea those are all interesting programs, but i am usong wave pad with no issues. It supports a plethora of codecs and is easy to use. the only issue i have come across is that BITPIM cannot convert an mp3 i save with it.. but it works great with a wav file.
it's easy to use and you can do special effects. it also has a program to record sounds and convert files to different formats.

You know, http://makeownringtone.com/ works extremely well for me. You don't have to wait or anything, upload it, choose from a wide variety of settings, download it and away you go. It seems like one of those millions of gimmicky sites but idk, it works really well. I thought people would come into this thread and start posting tons of clones of things like this, but I guess not But yeah, it's very easy to use and no waits. And yet it seems like no one uses it.
