I haven't really seen any topics about colleges and universities. So I was wondering about your college relations. Where did you go to college? Where are you currently going to college? Where are you planning to go to college? Where did you get accepted? Stuff like that.

I'm a senior in high school. So far, I got into SUNY Binghamton, Bentley University, Northeastern, Fordham, and SUNY Albany. I hear back from Cornell in March, because I was deferred.

Nice. I've heard of that. Liberal Arts school, but I heard that it was pretty small. Did you like it at TSU?

When I went there there was a little more than 5,000 people, but it was growing. The nice thing was the class sizes were small and they were taught by the professors and not ta's. The town is a bit boring but I still had a blast there. I haven't been there in a while but I know they built some new buildings and the town got some new stuff as well.

That's cool. I want a big campus, with a lot to do.

my school was really odd, it was like 80% greek because the town was so small. I liked it though, I played rollerhockey for the school, they built us a practice rink which was nice even though it was a bit small.

I am pretty much between Binghamton, Bentley, and Cornell.

I liked Cornell's campus the most. It was big, beautiful, and merged into the small town of Ithaca. There is also a lot to do, and it is a great academic school. It's my first choice. Hopefully I'll get in, but it'll be really tough. I got deferred at first. I hear a final decision in a few weeks.

I visited Binghamton, and I liked the campus. The school is good, but I heard that the town was pretty boring and the weather was bad. I don't mind a lot of snow at all, but I hear that it's cloudy and rainy a lot. There's a lot to do on campus, but you're pretty must limited to just that.

I haven't visited Bentley yet, but I heard that it's really nice. I'll take a trip up to Boston as soon as I can.

...And I don't really want to go to Fordham, Northeastern, or Albany.

I went to University at Buffalo.  Enjoyed it thoroughly.

If you got in to Cornell, I'd say you really don't have much of a choice!  what a place!

Why not Albany if might ask?  it is waaay better than binghampton

Cool. I went to Buffalo, and liked it, but decided to apply to other areas.

And yeah, Ithaca is gorgeous, and if I do get into Cornell, I'd be really lucky to go to such a great school.

...And I just don't like Albany as much as the other schools I got into. I liked the Binghamton campus much better. It felt more chilled and relaxed. Albany is bigger and has a nice big campus, but I would feel a bit more comfortable at Binghamton. And in my opinion, both the cities of Binghamton and Albany aren't that great of fun towns for college students Huh? Another reason that I'd select Binghamton over Albany, is because the undergraduate business program at Binghamton is better than Albany's.

I love senior year. I barely do any work, and I chill a lot more often. But I really think that college will be better.

I hear from Cornell on Tuesday. I'm really nervous... Embarrassed

I really want to go to college. But I'm going to miss how you can sit through a whole day in high school, not do anything, and still do really well.
